Today’s Headline :

Covid poses 'greatest threat to mental health since the

second world war'

UKs leading psychiatrist predicts the impact will be felt for years after the pandemic ends

So, Christmas is done and dusted and the New Year is just around the corner - this headline doesn’t really make for cheery reading.

I have read articles and papers listing statistics and the forecasts in how the Coronavirus is going to affect us all :

As many as 10 million people, including 1.5 million children, are thought to need new or additional mental health support as a direct result of the crisis.

But very few people are offering us solutions. So I want to change that for you. I am offering a number of tools and exercises that will help support YOU and your family.

* Regain some Balance in your life :

Here is the Grounding Exercise that I mentioned : When your head is a spin and you are lost at sea - this exercise might hope you feel a bit more “balanced” :

If you are looking for support at a deeper level for your child, then please book a call with me. Invariably they might only need a couple of sessions. But if we can give our kids the tools to improve their emotional wellbeing NOW - then you’re more likely to alleviate the longer term damage to their mental health.

* Three Questions to Ask Your Uncommunicative Child :

All too often parents say to me :

“My child won’t speak to me”

or

“I know something’s not quite right - but they won’t tell me what’s wrong.”

Well, I have a resource for you.

Download this FREE Resource : 📍www.caigraham.com/threequestions

It will help you reconnect with your child quickly and easily; and in a way that will not drive them to their bedroom to avoid you!
