She’s a mom for two amazing young boys who have given her two such different experiences of motherhood.


Her coaching journey is mostly influenced by her postpartum depression and how it has affected her whole life and her relationships. Her declining mental health as a young mum led to break-ups, alienation from friends, feelings of depression, feeling unloved and guilty for not "loving" her son the "right way".
