When couples separate, understandably this gives way for resentment and bitterness. Many people feel unheard and slighted in some way, and as a result, families are left fractured and at loggerheads with one another.
Tony has had firsthand experience of this, yet he soon learned that there was an alternative.
Separation and/or divorce does not have to lead to constant
arguments and frequent battles in court.
Tony explains that by taking responsibility and sometimes pressing the ‘pause’ button, co-parenting doesn’t have to be such a struggle.

Tony Winyard, is a health and habits coach for people who want to
create a healthier future for themselves.
Tony grew up in an unhealthy and risky environment, spending has
20’s and 30’s working as a DJ. Tony went on to become one of the
highest paid wedding DJs in the UK, winning UK Wedding DJ of the
Year.
He lost two brothers at a young age as well as his parents,
grandparents, uncle, and close friends. All of them died of
cancer.
