Somewhere along the line, we have learned to normalize the stresses that we are facing - and as a result, our minds and bodies are often running in a state of high alert.


In this episode, I discuss the different stresses that we are exposing ourselves to and why they can have a huge impact on us physically, mentally, or emotionally; as we end up compromising our health, our relationships, and our overall wellbeing.
